Deliveries
We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website and aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by email and advise you of a delivery date.

Postage & Packing

UK mainland and Scotland- £2.50
You should receive your goods within 3 working days of dispatch. We use 1st class Royal Mail postage up to 500gr. After that weight we will use a courier, so please make sure you give us a daytime delivery address.

Channel Islands/Northern Ireland - £3.50
(We will use 1st class Royal Mail for all weights. You should receive your goods within 5 working days of dispatch).

Republic of Ireland - £4.50

Europe (incl. EEA) - £5 (Royal Mail Airmail within 7 working days of dispatch). Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madeira, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro/Kosovo, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State.

Australia - £8.00 (Royal Mail Airmail within 14 working days of dispatch)

Damaged Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately.

Returned Goods
A full refund (less postage & packing if applicable) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
